The timing chart is standardized for 6-inch 14 gauge silver wires, and due to the larger surface area, 6-inch 12 gauge silver wires will process 33% faster and 6-inch 10 gauge silver wires will process 50% faster. The EZ-1 Barebones with 10 gauge silver wires makes both clear and yellow cs, depending on the time of operation. 5ppm to 20ppm are clear, 25ppm is faint yellow and 30ppm is yellow. Above 30ppm the cs is orange to red. The photo is 10 ppm. This is due to the range of particle sizes produced. The smallest particles are made at 5ppm to 25ppm and larger particles that reflect yellow/orange/red light are made as the concentration increases. The two 6-inch 9999 pure 10 gauge silver wires will make about 400 gallons of 5 ppm colloidal silver before needing replacement.
