A healthy replacement for ground beef made with pecans, sweet potato and black beans with the spice of ancho chili peppers so you feel the sweet and the heat! This is a shelf-stable, dry mix product. Serve in place of ground beef for burgers, stuffed peppers, pizza topping and more. Each pouch produces the equivalent of 1 pound of ground beef. Since it already contains the vegan neat egg in the mix, all you need to do is add water and mix well. It’s that simple! To make burgers, form neat into burger patties (add veggies if you’d like!) and cook in a non-stick skillet for approximately 3 minutes on each side. To make neat balls, form into balls and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes. The possibilities are endless!
