Perform a variety of upper and lower body exercises while incorporating dumbbell use to hit goals and build / maintain muscle. The CAP Barbell Deluxe Utility Weight Bench can also be used as the center piece for core exercises. Great for leg lifts, crunches, twists and more. An industry first feature also allows the CAP Barbell Deluxe Utility Weight Bench to be used with resistance tubes or bands to incorporate low impact resistance exercise alternatives to your exercise program (great for rehabbing and senior strength building). The attached wheels and handle make this bench easy to transport and store when not in use. Recommended maximum weight capacities for the bench are 500 lb (flat position, including user) and 400 lb (inclined positions, including user).
