Just Persimmons are rare autumn fruit, which originated in Japan, is now grown in the lush central valley of California. Just Tomatoes, Ect bring the pure sweetness of the persimmon to table all year round. Truly an extraordinary snack. Just Tomatoes, Ect's dehydration process gives just persimmons a nice chewy quality. Just Tomatoes, Etc dehydrated fruits and vegetables are vine ripened (or tree ripened), handpicked at peak condition, washed, cut and then placed in specially designed dehydrators and dried at low temperatures to preserve color, flavor and nutrients. Both dehydrated and freeze dried products are an excellent source of nutrition.
