ARCH SUPPORT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PRESSURE: The splay foot pad behind the metatarsal head gently stabilizes a flattened and widened transversal foot arch. It also increases the entire pressure-sensitive surface and therefore improves the distribution of pressure.

About Bauerfeind - ViscoPed - Shoe Insoles - Provides A
Bauerfeind ViscoPed are the original multi-density silicone insole for targeted relief of metatarsal pain (pain under the ball of the foot), tired, aching feet, sore knee joints and back pain. These full-length viscoelastic silicone insoles incorporate areas of softer density in the heel and under the ball of the foot, in the metatarsal region. They have a raised metatarsal pad that aids in the desired realignment of the metatarsal heads. Ventilation holes allow for air circulation to prevent heat build-up. Comfortable and long lasting, may be easily trimmed for optimum fit. Does not absorb odors and easy to clean with soap and warm water. Does not contain latex. Non-slip and can be worn in walking, sports and work shoes, sometimes it is recommended to remove the existing shoe insole. Sold as a pair to prevent leg length discrepancies and can be switched from one shoe to another. Made in Germany with the highest quality standards.
