About Polyken 801 Synthetic Rubber Screenblock Film
Berry Plastics Polyken red PE screen block tape with solvent resistant adhesive. Tough polyethylene backing. Excellent elongation. Solvent resistant adhesive. Conformable and easy to apply. Allows for necessary flexibility during application. Chemical and moisture resistant, removes cleanly, frames can be reused. Red color provides good visibility. Used for taping screen printer's frames. Used to block screens from moisture and chemicals during screen printing. General purpose industrial bundling, patching, wrapping and repairing. Polyethylene film backing. Conformable and flexible. Excellent durability and solvent resistance. Red for high visibility. Natural rubber based adhesive. High tack for a secure bond. Repositionable and clean removal - no residue. Adhesion to backing: 23 ounces per inch. Adhesion to steel: 60 ounces per inch. Elongation: 72 percent. Operating temperature: 40 to 200 degree F. Tensile strength: 21 pounds per inch. Thickness: 8 mils.
