This Dwyer D15123 Love series panel-mount temperature controller accepts input from resistance temperature detector (RTD) probes for regulating temperature. The controller is microprocessor-based for ease of programming from its front panel, which features a four-digit LED display with a set point, alarm status, and degrees C and F indicators. The controller is equipped with on/off, proportional integral derivative (PID), self-tune, and manual tune control for versatile set-up. An adjustable alarm offers independent high or low system protection, with configurable direct acting (cooling) and reverse acting (heating), and automatic or manual reset. The controller accepts RTD 100Ω DIN (.00385 ohms/ohm/C) input, and provides relay time proportioning (RTP) output. The panel is Ingress Protection certified IP65 for protection against particles and water, and conforms to 1/16 DIN size for industry-standard mounting. This panel-mount temperature controller is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Canada Underwriters Laboratories (cUL) listed for safety, and is suitable for use in industrial and commercial process control applications.SpecificationsInputsRTD 100Ω DIN (.00385 ohms/ohm/C)Display4 digit, 7 segment 0.3" (H)* LED displayAccuracy+/- 0.25 percent of span+/- 1 least significant digitSupply voltage100 to 240 VAC, 50 to 400 Hz single phase132 to 240 VDC (nom.) +10 to 20 percentPower consumption5 VA maximumTemperature rangeOperating 14 to 131 degrees F (-10 to 55 degrees C)Storage -40 to 176 degrees F (-40 to 80 degrees C)Output ratingRelay (SPST): 3A res., 1.5A ind. at 250 VACAlarm ratingRelay (SPST): 3A res., 1.5A ind. at 250 VACIsolationRelay outputs are isolatedSensor break protectionDe-energizes control outputFront panel ratingIP65Agency approvalsUL, cULDimensions1.880 x 1.880 inches/48 x 48mm (H x W)*Weight8.0 oz./227.0gH is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.Controllers are used to read and correct temperature in environments such as pilot process plants, and research and development labs, and for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements in quality control (QC) laboratories, education, and research lab testing facilities.Dwyer Instruments manufactures measurement and control instruments, including pressure gauges, flow meters, level instrumentation, temperature instrumentation, and air quality monitors.
