The Adventure Medical Kits' C-Splint is a pliable thin core of aluminum alloy, sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam which becomes extremely strong and supportive for any fractured or injured limb. The accommodating 4 x 36 inch size fits most injuries and can be shaped or cut to fit any extremity. The 4.5-ounce weight makes it easy to travel with to ensure you have the necessary support, should an accident occur.
