This pattern features a liner lock mechanism for convenient one-hand opening. The liner lock opens via a tensioned metal liner inside the handle. Opening the blade activates the lock and unlocking is achieved by placing the thumb on the front part of the liner and pushing to the left which releases the blade. This allows for easy one-hand opening and closing. The Tanto blade on this folding knife is very strong for heavy-duty use. The blade holds up to piercing, scraping and prying through tough materials. Additionally, the glass reinforced ABS handle on this knife is shaped to fit comfortably in your hand and the pocket clip allows for easy access. Constructed with 440 stainless steel, this knife has a higher grade of cutlery steel, with more carbon, allowing for better edge retention, excellent rust resistance, and ease of re-sharpening.
