Heat wok or pan to medium. Coat wok lightly with ginger stir-fry sauce. Add pre-cooked meat (or chicken, shrimp, tofu) and heat thoroughly in pan. Add veggies and toss continuously. When colors start to turn bright (in a few minutes), add more sauce. Keep tossing one minute until warm. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
