The 549-US five star 5.25" 45° angulated head shear cutter reduces shock on delicate solder connections or components. The angle of the cutting head helps to increase visibility. It's recommended cutting capacity is 22AWG (.025" diameter). Standard cut length is .040". It features a molded static dissipative (10⁸ ohms/sq.) ergonomic grip with dual leaf springs for smooth action.
