We naturally associate colors with emotions and feelings. We say, "I'm green with envy," or "I see red!" or "You're yellow bellied," or "I'm feeling blue," or "I'm in a black mood." With color therapy, each color is associated with particular emotions and feelings. Each color has a unique frequency and vibration. When a particular color frequency enters the body, by wearing color glasses, for example, that vibration can have an effect on us. It is easy to become out of balance. The appropriate color may allow our feelings and emotions to return to a balanced state and we'll feel better. In addition to mood enhancing, light/color therapy may have effects on a wide variety of health concerns or conditions as well. Yellow color therapy is associated with the stomach, liver, gall bladder and pancreas. Possible benefits include: Strengthened the nervous system Strengthened heart resulting in better circulation Increases appetite Healing for all kinds of paralysis from stroke to sluggish organs Stimulates and builds nerves Destruction of body worms Improved rheumatoid arthritis, neuritis and similar conditions
