This highly concentrated, vibrant food colour mixes easily and provides consistent tones without altering the texture of the product being coloured. The liqua-gel colour has a viscosity that offers the convenience of a pourable colour, making it easier to duplicate shades. The colour is fade and bleed resistant and only a small amount is needed to tint foods without affecting the consistency and it will not break down buttercream or non-dairy icings like liquid colours.
