With a forged one-piece ratchet this tool has the strength and safety for industrial applications. The handle features a smooth comfort-grip that permits all-day use without gloves. The single pawl ratchet features 36-tooth gear has 10 degree of engagement that allowed for engagement in tight working areas. It is designed for tighter tolerances between pawl and gear which reduces metal fatigue and slippage under load. The single pawl does not require as many working parts, which reduces possible breakage and parts to repair. The enclosed head features Nickel/Chrome plating provides increase protection from rust and corrosion. The easy access reverse lever allows user to change working direction quickly and easily with only one hand.
