Instant Read Pocket Thermometer Update International's instant read pocket thermometer is made from durable stainless steel and is NSF listed. Measure temperature ranges from 0-220 degrees fahrenheit in roughly 15 seconds. The pocket thermometer comes with a clip sheath so you can monitor your holiday roasts or keep up with a busy kitchen without loosing track. Thermometer is dishwasher safe. To measure temperature, insert the thermometer as close to the middle as possible without touching bone or gristle. Allow at least 15 seconds for the thermometer to read the temperature, Do not leave thermometer in the oven, microwave, or barbeque.
