This three-piece set includes the Water Bath Canner with lid & Jar Rack. • The canner features a porcelain surface with a durable steel core that provides excellent heat distribution, reducing heat-up time and saving energy. • This canner is perfect for preserving fruits, pickles, relishes, jams, jellies, marmalades, and salsa. • It will hold up to 4 quart jars, 7-pint jars or 7 one-half pint jars. We don´t recommend this canner for glass cooktops as some do not generate enough heat to safely can, but it is safe to use on all other heat sources.
