Introduction to the new zone heating hot bed: Advantage 1: This hot bed uses zone heating without the support of the main board, and the hot bed can also achieve zone heating in the middle range of 125 * 125MM. It is applicable to more than 90% of ENDER-3 series models on the market. Advantage 2: The heating time is 20% faster than that of ordinary hot bed. Advantage 3: When the printing model range is within the middle range of 125MM * 125MM, there is a partition switch on the hot bed to turn it off, which can save 60% of the electricity. The measured 24 hours can save 0.5 kilowatt-hour electricity, and achieve energy saving. Advantage 4: The new zonal hot bed adopts a new spray technology. The black spray is more viscous than the gold PEI. When the printing PLA temperature is at 60 degrees, the viscosity is 20% better than the gold PEI. Advantage 5: The new PEI spray has its own zone indication range, which is easier to drop than the printing on the market, and has been perfectly solved on our new black PEI. Advantage 6: The new zoned heat bed uses an intermediate heat insulation slot to make the temperature in the range of 125 * 125MM in the middle transmit to the edge more slowly, thus solving the unnecessary heat loss.
