Not spandex or a stiff cloth and easier to use then PVC. With the seamless textured matte surface and the built in block-out, this screen produces the best front projected picture out of all the other materials...... Spot clean with damp cloth, machine/dry-clean. Not recommended to be left outdoors all season. If it gets wet, just let it dry completely before taking it down and folding it up.
