Our plantation is enriched with organic mulch obtained from the coffee fruit and pulp then it is recycled inside the finca. Our coffee plants are shade-grown under macadamia nut and pine trees. UTZ certified, which means that is grown in a socially responsible and innocuous way, producing enriched high quality coffee. These flavors along with the temperature, humidity and type of soil, diversify flavor and aroma of our coffee. We focus on every detail that goes into creating phenomenal coffee from the selection of premium beans to the roasting process with our touch of love. Our beans are grown on the Garnica varietal of the Arabica trees, the oldest known species of coffee tree to be cultivated. We receive the raw beans and small batch roast them on our German built 1980's Probat roaster.
