Bonding primer for painting, vinyl or fiberglass garage doors, vinyl or aluminum windows and siding, aluminum storm doors, paneling, Formica cabinets, unfinished wood, galvanized down spouts, Kynar, silicone polyester pre-coated siding and more. Resists problems of wrinkling, blistering or cracking caused by moisture. Low odor/low VOC. Performs like an industrial solvent primer. Cleans up with soap and water. Resists peeling/blistering. Accepts all top coats. Cures in low temperatures and high humidity. White bonding primer/sealer provides excellent adhesion. Interior or exterior use. All topcoats.
