In sizes ranging from 1/16 to 7/32 inch, this set is ideal for repairing or servicing guns, small equipment, machines, and vehicles.The punch tips have self-centering guide balls that perfectly align in pins and keep the drive shoulder in full, even contact with pin walls to prevent slipping or damage. Precisely machined to exacting size tolerances, the punch tips have a reverse-taper design making them slightly wider than the rest of the shaft so they won't stick in pin holes. Made from premium, high carbon steel, each punch is individually heat treated, which creates a strong, hardened tip while maintaining the soft temper of the striking end that absorbs hammer blows without chipping.
