About Sunnex OSM Series Anti-Vibration Heavy Duty Machine
The Sunnex OSM-series machine mount is designed for equipment that does not need to be fastened to the floor. The component has been designed with the use of FEA to prevent material fatigue from fast working cycle times and high shear loads. The mechanically fastened nitrile pad is chemically resistant to most fluids, and efficiently dampens up to 80 percent of machine or environmental vibration. Applications include lathes, presses, grinders, screw machines, injection molders. Advantages: Industry standard, separate leveling plate, high grade nitrile elastomer, efficient damping. 2200 lbs load capacity. Base measures 4-3/4" diameter by 1-51/64" height. M16-1.5 thread, 120mm bolt. 35/64" adjustment.
