Add apples, sugar and spices;cook and stir until apples are soft and just golden, about 7 minutes. Addwalnuts; cook and stir until apples are caramelized, 2 to 3 minutes. Addremaining butter; stir to melt. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combineeggs, milk, flour and baking powder; whisk just until blended. Pour batter overapple mixture in skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until puffyand golden. Cut into wedges; sprinkle with sugar ordrizzle with syrup, as desired.Serve immediately. Serves 4.
