The National Marker Company equipment lock-out danger tag is designed to inform that equipment at a facility is locked out and cannot be operated. It also instructs to not remove the tag and is mostly used at industrial units to enforce safety regulations. It is printed in both English and Spanish to make the message understandable for Hispanic workers or employees. The front legend “DANGER - THIS TAG & LOCK TO BE REMOVED ONLY BY THE PERSON SHOWN ON BACK” and the back legend “DANGER - EQUIPMENT LOCKED OUT BY ____” is printed in legible and bold text to ensure better visibility even in low lighting conditions.
