One thing I really liked about this book was the amount of space it has in it for me to write different experiences. I was able to journal my thoughts as well as my bodies response to different foods. I like the charts which made it really easy for me track my progress. It really opened my eyes to things I didn't realize previously regarding the food that God intended for us to eat versus the food that the manufacturers produced. I really love this journal!
