About the Author Eva Jordans has been an executive company director, a professional consultant, and a management trainer in both the public and private sectors. She currently works as an independent management consultant supporting development programs across Africa and Asia. Dr. Bettina Ng ’weno is Associate Professor of African American and African Studies at the University of California, Davis, USA. Trained as an anthropologist she works on issues of space, property, race and ethnicity, social justice, citizenship and states within Latin America and Africa.
