The SD card is installed internally(built-in the device main chip), and the SD card slot can not be seen outside (you need to unload the rear cover if you want to install a new SD card in the device) . You can view the details of memory card in APP. 3. Motion detection alarm problem: motion detection alarm generally works within 3 meters, and the sensitivity can be adjusted in three levels. Refer to the sensitivity setting in the APP setting, and the customers can set their own, the factory default to the lowest level. Please note that only the sensitivity adjusted to high level, there is push notifications and response to your cellphone when someone is outside the door. Low or middle level will be hard to detect. 4. Since the doorbell is basically in dormant status, and it takes 5-10 seconds to take a picture after starting, if someone is just flashes by and leaves within the time frame, it can not capture. Only if the people stay there over 20 seconds, the detection works. In addition, when the doorbell detection is completed, it will take about 15 seconds for dormancy. Only in dormant status will the second detection be initiated. 5. The network must be 4G or WI-FI. 5G network connection is not supported. Home routers are also required to allow external devices to be added. 6. By setting the APP "Tosee", you can share the device with a second cellphone, view the SD card memory and adjust the volume of the doorbell. 7. If you receive notes that the device firmware needs to be upgraded, you need to do it under high speed network for successfully upgraded.
