How to Use: Please devide the rockwool into cubes as needs with a scissor before soaking. Then simply soak the cubes briefly (10 sec) in a nutrient solution to adjust its EC and pH value to the range required by your seeds. Then wait for the seeds to take root and germinate. The roots out of the holes in the netting cups and begin to absorb the nutrient solution below. then you're ready to start growing them soilless.
