·How to Use: Whisk: Soak the prongs 1-2 times with warm water around 35℃/95℉ before use. Add matcha powder into the bowl, then add water(not higher than 175℉/80℃). Whisk briskly with Z shape so that the matcha powder is mixed with water, whisk until the tea foam floats. Spoon: When the matcha powder is starting to settle then mix it with the spoon. You can also use it to add the powder. Scoop: Start with 2 scoops of matcha powder for every 2 oz water and then adjust to your taste. ·Clean: Wash under cold water, air dry or wipe with a cloth. Do not use soap or detergent. ·Store: Place the prong part of the whisk down on the whisk holder or other similarly shaped bottle mouth to extend the lifetime of the whisk. Keep in dry ventilated place. Do not expose to the sun, away from high heat to prevent cracks. Tips: ·The shape and color of the whisk will change with time. If you use it every day, we recommend that you replace it every few months. ·After use, please place it in a dry ventilated environment to prolong the lifetime. ·The whisk can't be used in boiling water, or it will be seriously deformed. ·It is normal that the prongs in the middle will disperse after use.
