About Brewmaster - ME42B 4 Lb Pilsner Malt Extract Bag, 1

Our Pilsner Malt Extract is the perfect base for lagers and Belgian style beers. Made from Pilsner 2-row with a little bit of Carapils, this extract is the most fermentable that we have. Because of its light color, Pilsner Malt Extract is the most vulnerable to aging as exposure to high temperatures and aging will darken and change its flavor. Our extracts are packaged in oxygen barrier foil bags to help prevent this.
