The Palo Santo is a tree considered sacred for millennia. In the shamanic rituals of pre-Columbian civilizations it was the means to bring positive energies, mystical tool to communicate with the gods and medicine with a thousand healing properties. Today it is considered a natural incense with powerful beneficial properties: its scent relaxes, generates positive vibrations and brings back a good mood. It is the perfect aroma to accompany rituals, yoga or meditations, but it can simply be used as a background scent to give new energy to home environments: it will become your daily companion. Depending on the different sizes, there is a different durability and comfort of use, from the cheaper wood to the practicality of sticks and cones. We have 4 varieties of Palo Santo, due to the characteristics of the harvesting soil. As with wine, the characteristics of the soil, the climate, the humidity modify the fragrance of the essential oil. We have selected the best 4 varieties in the world: from balsamic Amarillo to intense Especial you will find your favorite. We use only the richest parts in essential oil, therefore more fragrant, discarding the less valuable ones such as bark or roots. Warning: Breathing poor-quality incense can be harmful. Our wood is never treated with chemicals, either live or in processing, to ensure that the smoke generated is 100% natural. Our Palo Santo line is guaranteed by the smoke analysis done in Italian laboratories. To produce the Palo Santo no live trees are cut out: to obtain the aromatic wood only the dry parts that fall naturally are harvested, remaining on the ground from 4 to 10 years. The Palo Santo tree is protected in both Peru and Ecuador and reforestation campaigns are planned. The collection is controlled by local communities, which we visit regularly to ensure respect for the environment and working conditions.
