Only you need a ballast bypass, which the reason is double-ended power that is completely the same as the wiring method of fluorescent. It couldn't have been easier.

3000K Warm White - 3000K is a warm color temperature which gives off slightly more yellow while slowly integrating white. It’s great for wood tones as it tends to enhance those finishes in more of a natural light. However, it’s still not as yellow as a 2700K light fixture, but you will certainly see a mix of yellow tones. 3000K is geared towards an earthy environment and less commercial or task light oriented.
