Not only will it help prevent you from rolling your ankle, we made it to be lighter, less bulky, more comfortable, and easier to get on and off. Inversion sprains (rolled ankle) account for approximately 85% of all ankle sprains. ATF 3 Ankle Brace features a patented internal strapping system that self-adjusts to support your Anterior Talofibular Ligament. This system helps protect against 'rolling the ankle' without restricting jumping, speed or agility. You receive (1) Ankle Brace, fits right or left foot.
