About Moonshine Distiller Single Strain Whiskey Distiller
After months of testing and trials, we finally selected this yeast as the best for all-grain and whiskey wash fermentation. It is a single strain of yeast, which allows to you easily repeat the qualities of your favorite whiskey (assuming everything else is kept constant). It is also a very robusst yeast, capable of chewing through sugars (and producing alcohol!) until it gets to 15% abv.
