About DNP DS620A Dye Sub Professional Photo

With up to 400 prints per hour, the DS620A is fast with prints in 8.3 seconds. This makes DNP’s new flagship printer one of the fastest professional photo printers on the market. The DS620A offers watermarking on the back and bright, crisp colours on the front of your photos. Multiple formats provide flexibility offering anything from a fun 2 x 6 inch photo booth strip to 6 x 8 inch enlargements. The same media can be used for either glossy or matte output depending on your needs. Environmentally friendly, both power consumption and media waste have been optimised on the DS620A. A new standby mode reduces costs and increases profitability by making the most efficient use of energy (less than 0.5 W). The printer also provides advanced driver status information, allowing users at any time to check remaining media, media format, printer status, printer life counter, color control data, firmware version and serial number. DNP announces the update of the Hot Folder Print (HFP) utility to version 2.1. Changes to HFP include: Support for the DS620A and DS80DX printer with the Mini PhotoBook software application. Addition of multi-cut support for 4 x 6 inch printers. Additional sizes for DNP 6 and 8 inch printers: Supported for 6 inch printers: 3.5 x 5 inch, 4 x 6 inch, 4 x 6 x 2 inch (multicut), 5 x 7 inch and 6 x 8 inch - 8 inch supports all sizes plus 8 x 10 inch and 8 x 12 inch.
