Out of print in the U.S.! Originally released in 1985, Slave to the Rhythm, produced by Trevor Horn, was both an aural departure and a natural progression from her earlier releases. At times, she was just a voice lost amongst Horn's elegant production, but, in the end, this remained a classic addition to her musical catalog. Grace Jones transcends genres by incorporating Pop, Disco, Reggae, New Wave and other styles into her wholly unique mix. Adding Horn as a producer took that mix straight into outer space.
