This is the Dia-Glo Light Granite Polishing Kit and this is exactly what you need. This package is a great solution for rejuvenating your light granite countertops where the gloss has been diminished by wear. While it will not fix chips or cracks, once you have repaired those with our chip repair kit this is the last phase in making your granite countertops look like they did when they were installed. In this package you get: 1 # quart -Diaglo polishing compound for light granite 1 # 3" velcro backed dense felt wheel 1 # 3" rigid backer 1 # 1/4 liter of Tenax Hydrex. The power tool you use this with is either a low speed polisher or a variable speed grinder set at a low speed. Just follow the directions for the Diaglo to enrich the shine on your stone. When you are finished wash the stone thoroughly and allow to dry overnight. Then apply the Hydrex to reseal your granite. There are videos available on youtube which demonstrate this remarkable product in action. This is a HazMat (hazardous material).
