Differential Pressure Transmitter Features

  • Dwyer 607-7B Differential Pressure Transmitter. Range: 5.0-0-5.0" w.c. with ±0.5% Full scale accuracy. Output Signal: 4 to 20 mA, 2-wire. Power Requirement: 12 to 36 VDC. Housing: 300 Series stainless steel (NEMA 2). Process Connections: Barbed stainless steel for 3/16" I.D. tubing. Service: Air and non-conductive, non-corrosive gases. Includes Certification to NIST standards.

  • DEPENDABLE PRESSURE MONITORING: The Dwyer Series 607 Differential Pressure Transmitter converts positive, negative (vacuum) or differential pressures of clean, dry air or other non-conductive, non-corrosive gases into a standard two wire, 4-20 mA output signal. Stainless steel (NEMA 2) housing meets standards for lab and clean room applications.

  • HIGH ACCURACY & QUICK RESPONSE: Quick response capacitance sensor delivers a 4 to 20 mA output signal proportional to differential pressure with ±.5% accuracy. The ultra-thin glass-clad silicon diaphragm design resists shock and vibration, practically eliminating drift. High stability at low pressure ranges provides exceptional accuracy for ensuring tight-control and minimizing costly out of specification conditions.

  • VERSATILE: Dwyer Series 607 Differential Pressure Transmitters are designed for use with air and other compatible gases. They are ideal for process control, filter condition monitoring, leak detection, clean room control, lab and fume hood pressure control.

  • IN THE BOX: Dwyer model 607-7B Differential Pressure Transmitter.

About Differential Pressure Transmitter

The Dwyer Series 607 Differential Pressure Transmitter converts positive, negative (vacuum) or differential pressures of clean, dry air or other non-conductive, non-corrosive gases into a standard two wire, 4-20 mA output signal. Several factory calibrated models are available with ranges from 0-0.10 ̋ w.c. to 0-25 ̋ w.c. All models employ a variable capacitance transducer with a micro-machined, ultra-thin silicon diaphragm enabling precision measurement and control of very low pressures. Because no epoxies or other organics are used to seal the sensor, performance is exceptionally stable and drift free. It is also highly resistant to overpressure, shock and vibration. SPECIFICATIONS: Service: Air and non-conductive, non-corrosive gases. Wetted Materials: Consult factory. Accuracy: ±0.5% or ±0.25% FS. Stability: ±0.5% FS/yr. Temperature Limits: -20 to 160°F (-29 to 71°C), 10 to 95% RH. Pressure Limits: 0 psig (0.69 bar). Compensated Temperature Range: 35 to 135°F (2 to 57°C). Thermal Effects: ±0.015% F.S./°F (zero and span). Power Requirements: 12 to 36 VDC. Output Signal: 4 to 20 mA DC, 2-wire. Zero and Span Adjustments: Externally accessible potentiometers, non-interactive, ±10% F.S. adjustment. Response Time: 250 ms max. Loop Resistance: 0 to 1045 ohms Vmin=12V+[(.22A)(RL)]. Current Consumption: 3.6 mA (min). Electrical Connections: Screw terminals. Process Connections: Barbed stainless steel for 3/16" I.D. tubing. Housing: 300 Series stainless steel (NEMA 2). Weight: 1.04 lb (472 g). Agency Approvals: CE.
