Machaca is a traditional dish from northwest of Mexico, made of shredded dried beef and salt. Machaca can be cooked in many delicious ways, with eggs, vegetables, to the “Mexican style”, in broths or the traditional burritos. Chata offers machaca made with 100% beef, a very traditional taste, texture and brown color. It is prepared with a homemade touch which sets Chata brand apart, and it is prepared under the SQF (Safe quality Food) system.
