About Behavior Keyring - Visual Communication & Behavior

Communicating verbally with young children or people on the spectrum with limited verbal abilities can be extremely stressful for the person. It can take time, and concentration, for them to process what is being said to them and what they need to do. If they are anything less than calm and relaxed, then this verbal request just acts as to add to the stress levels already being felt, as it is yet one more demand. Our Behavior Keyring eliminates all of this. It provides a clear image, alongside a written (and verbal, if you choose) instruction. The person can look at the image for as long as they need to in order to process the request, without a repeated verbal instruction confusing matters even more.
