"Coffee ground selection If your coffee grounds are too coarse, it tends to under-extract (sour/acidic). If your grounds are too fine, you tend to over-extract (bitter/overpowering). Our recommendation will be to use Medium/Medium coarse grounds. The designed 800Mesh is perfect for this combination. It ensures a good drip ratio and prevents filter clog. As individual’s taste and preference differ, do adjust accordingly until you find your own sweet spot."
