About Optimox Optivite PMT Supplement - PMS Support For
Optivite PMT is the first multivitamin/multimineral supplement specifically formulated for use in women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS).* Each serving contains vitamins A, C, D3, E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, iron, iodine, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, choline, citrus bioflavonoids, betaine HCl, pancreatin 4X, inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and rutin. Suggested use: take 2 to 6 tablets daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. If pregnant or lactating, consult a physician before use. There are some reports of adverse reactions to large doses of vitamin B6 above 300 mg daily. Do not exceed 6 tablets a day. If taking a prescription drug, consult a physician before use. Do not use for pernicious anemia, or if you have hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading causes of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
