This book is about a young man from the Westside of Chicago specifically the Jane Addams Projects who became the Paymaster of pay. He is the original living Paymaster who created this organization in the 1980s. The Original Paymasters were Robert Felder (the shy one) and Mark Dickens (the gift of gab). These gentlemen were the mastermind behind the organization of street narcotics. The Paymaster was known for selling drugs in bigger quantities for a lesser price, and that is how these Paymasters separated themselves from the other drug dealers. Despite of the Paymaster's reputation of selling drugs throughout the community, this organization also contributed its drug proceeds to helping many suffering families. The Paymasters sponsored a lot of the basketball tournaments for the young kids, paid college tuition for several kids wanting to go to college, supported and made sure their communities were safe, and also helped many families with rent and mortgage payments. The Paymaster is a MUST-read for anyone who wants to hear the real story of street life—The Sacrifice Life of a Paymaster: From Shy to Enforcer to Humility. Author Robert E. Felder Published by ARD Book Services.
