If you need the backdrop in roll shipping, please kindly choose the expedited shipping and contact us, we will send it in tube for u without wrinkles problemBelow are the ways to remove the creases:1.Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, then it will be ok.2.Hang it over several days, and use your hands to press the wrinkles/fold lines, or fold it to the opposite direction, usually the wrinkles will disappear.3.Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then the backdrop will get smooth again.?4.We can customize any sizes for you(5x7ft(seamless), 6x9ft, 8x8ft, 10x10ft, 10x20ft), also we can print your own picture as backdrops5. The backdrop is glare free(not reflective, it will be different when taking pictures with photos).6.All vinyl backgrounds are made in China and are printed at the time of your order. Handling time is 2 days except for holidays.7.Item will sent via USPS(except for multi backdrops, we will send via express). Normally it will take about 7-15 days for you to receive it.
