Dianthus caryophyllus, commonly called Grenadin Carnation or Hardy Carnation, are perfect for the cutting garden. Growing to a height of 18 ? 24 inches with strong stems, Carnations are known for being excellent cut flowers. This variety is yellow, and it has the terrific spicy-sweet fragrance that is so well-known to Carnations. The foliage is grayish-green, and this plant enjoys a position in full sun.
