About TechKewl Phase Change Cooling Dog
Description Phase Change Cooling Dog Coat provides 2-3 hours of targeted active cooling regardless of the environment or breed. Each Vest includes both the specific size and color vest as well as a full set of TechKewl phase change cooling packs. Packs are NOT water but are instead Phase Change material and are easily re-activated in any 58' or colder environment. Phase Change material is non toxic, is lighter than water and provided cooling without ice burns, shivering or condensation.
