It then begins to open slowly and at the end of the infusion ceremony produces the embedded flower which rises from the sphere in splendid form and colour. White Tea - spring harvest The AbloomTea is made from fine White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen, Silver Needle) from the high mountainous regions of China's Fujian province. The tea carries its name because only the buds with the protective silvery down are used for the manufacturing process. The buds of the leaves in a long and rolled form glimmer in a silvery white and protect the unopened leaf. Therefore it can retain its valuable nutrients. The popular "first picking" of the White Tea is the most exclusive harvest of the year. It is collected during the beginning of the spring season and is remarkable in its quality and taste. Experiencing the Taste The taste of White Tea is light and sweet with an unmistakable fruity aroma. The different elaborately bound flowers of the Abloom Tea add to the tea a further individual taste.
