Delivery time in Metro Manila takes 10 to 15 business days from the time the order made, given all items are sourced from the US.
Provincial deliveries takes an additional 3 business days and an extra delivery charge is applied depending on location.

Delivery time in Metro Manila takes 60 to 90 business days from the time the order made, given all items are sourced from the US.
Provincial deliveries takes an additional 3 business days and an extra delivery charge is applied depending on location.
Delivery involves the following process:
- Confirmation of Order.
Once order is placed and paid for, an email will be sent with details including customer’s name, billing address, the description of the ordered items, and total amount paid. For full details on cancellations, please refer to our Cancellations and Returns page.
- Shipment.
This process is divided into two: international and domestic transport. International transport is defined as the journey from the US warehouse to the Philippines. Domestic transport is defined as the journey from the Philippine courier service provider to the your shipping address.
- Pickup Policy.
Items must be picked within 7 days after estimated delivery time of an order. The corresponding storage fee will be charged to the client should he fail to pickup the item:
A. 25% of the total amount of the order if client picks up the item after 7 days but not more than 14 days after the given ETA
B. 50% of the total amount of the order if client picks up the item after 14 days but not more than 21 days after the given ETA
C. 75% of the total amount of the order if client picks up the item after 21 days but not more than 28 days after the given ETA
D. A client’s order will be forfeited should he is unable to pick up his order after 28 days. No request for refund will be entertained. Sterling Galleon Corporation has the discretion on what to do with the forfeited order
E. Please take note that pickup schedules are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for weekdays and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for weekends.
